Meet Calvin

Calvin was trapped in Edmonton as a stray, feral cat and was later transferred to another partner rescue within the city. After spending some time in care, it became clear that Calvin was still quite fearful and shy around people. It was decided that he would be happiest spending the rest of his days at FARRM!

At FARRM, many feral and semi-feral cats are able to live comfortably on their own terms. With plenty of space to roam and the freedom to simply be cats, they receive all the care they need while enjoying minimal human involvement.

After a few weeks of decompressing and settling into his new digs in our cat house, we are absolutely thrilled to report that Calvin has made incredible progress! He now enjoys lounging around the cat house, accepting gentle pets from the humans of FARRM, and even occasionally spending some quality time with his fellow kitties.

While Calvin has come such a long way, he will remain a forever resident of FARRM. Semi-feral dudes like Calvin can have a very difficult time adjusting to new environments, and another move would likely be far too stressful for this sweet boy.
For Calvin, FARRM is home.
