Who we are

Farm Animal Rescue and Rehoming Movement (FARRM) is a grassroots sanctuary home to abused, neglected and unwanted animals.

FARRM’s Feature Resident

Hi! I'm Rosie!

Pet Pleasures: Taking pottery classes

Pet Peeves: Superstitious people

Arrived at FARRM: 2020

Sex: Female

Born: 2015

Backstory: Rosie was purchased as a micro pet pig, resulting in a neglectful situation where her owner quickly lost interest in caring for her. Rosie's owner left her at a horse boarding facility where she spent day after day in a little stall all by herself. After years of isolation, a friend of Rosie's owner stepped in and offered to help find her a proper home. When Rosie arrived she was obese, had sores on her stomach from it dragging on the ground, and couldn't see properly due to the fat around her eyes blinding her.

Rosie has since lost weight and has no health concerns! Rosie is an introverted sweetie who beats to her own drum.
