About: Tony and his lovely sister Gina were purchased by their owner as bottle babies. The term "Bottle Babies" is used when babies are taken away from their mothers at birth. This can cause a plethora of issues, but the most long lasting effect is the baby's manners. Bottle Babies develop very bad habits because they do not have their mothers to teach them what is appropriate behavior and what is not. Bottle Babies usually get what they want from their humans, face no repercussions, and grow up to be absolute terrors. This tale as old as time rings very true for Tony Baloney.
Tony was surrendered by his owner when his bad behavior got so out of control that the owner was physically unable to go into his pen without being rammed. The owner was afraid, getting injured, and could no longer control or maintain the care of Tony and his sister Gina. It was decided for everyone's best interests that Tony and Gina would come live at FARRM where they could join our herd and learn some manners!
Upon arriving at FARRM, Tony definitely had some kinks to work out. Tony is not an aggressive soul - he is a loving soul, he just doesn't always show it appropriately! It took Tony a very long time to understand that headbutting people is not an acceptable way of showing his love and appreciation.
Over the years, we have set boundaries with Tony and the humans of FARRM are expected to respect his. Despite his quirks, Tony is one of the most darling boys in the world. He is passionately affectionate and adoring. He is excited, always happy, and only a little crazy! He is the best uncle to little ones who join our herd and a huge support to his family. Tony spends his days hanging with his herd in the sunshine and demanding love from our volunteers.
