About:  Major was transferred to FARRM from a sanctuary that shut down. Major arrived very overweight and unspayed. Spaying large swine pigs once they are full growth is a very dangerous procedure, so although Major has gotten down to a healthy weight, she will likely have health concerns in the future due to the high chance of cancer in unspayed pigs.

 

Major is currently happy, healthy, and spends her days snoozing in the mud with her best pal Rumpus. She is funny and loves to get other animals (and people) to run from her. A game of chase is one of her largest hobbies.​​
