This secure Canadian platform lets you choose how and when you receive your tax receipts (after each donation or as a single annual receipt) while helping us significantly reduce administrative time. That means more of our energy can go where it matters most: our residents.
CanadaHelps automatically issues official electronic tax receipts for all donations made through its platform. These receipts are emailed to the donor immediately after a one-time donation is completed.

Betty White spent her life standing up for animals who couldn’t speak for themselves. On January 17, we invite you to honour her legacy by helping the animals who rely on our sanctuary for safety, healing, and hope. Our $5,000 Betty White Challenge goal will directly support medical treatment that keeps our residents healthy and thriving. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference.
Animal sanctuaries, including FARRM, face especially high medical and veterinary costs, and for good reason. Many of the animals who arrive at our sanctuary have survived neglect, injury, poor nutrition, or long periods without proper medical care. By the time they reach safety, they often need immediate and ongoing treatment, including exams, diagnostics, medications, surgeries, dental work, and specialized care for chronic conditions.
FARRM provides lifetime care to every resident that comes through our doors. Many of our residents are seniors, have disabilities, or require daily medical support to stay comfortable and healthy. In addition to the unexpected, routine care such as vaccinations, parasite prevention, and wellness checks add up quickly, and emergency situations can (and do) arise at any time. These costs are unavoidable, and are just one part of the cost of care.
