About: Karma and her sister Dixie were rescued from an neglectful situation. We were contacted to very urgently take two dogs that were unable to find homes and needed immediate intervention. Karma and Dixie were both very fearful of humans, were living in a very unsafe environment, and both dogs had severe anxiety. Coming from such an unstable environment, both girls are extremely reactive with a bite history. Rather than trying to rehome the girls and putting them through more stress, it was decided that it would be best for Karma and Dixie to stay at FARRM where they could work on their behaviour and have plenty of space.
Karma has severe separation anxiety that requires medication and a variety of interventions that keep her high prey drive from being an issue on the farm.
Karma is ferociously affectionate and an absolute sweetheart. Her days are spent lovingly hanging around the humans of FARRM, being an accomplice in her sister Dixie's destruction, and trying her best to be a good girl.
