About:  A tiny kitten was found on the road by a neighbor being eaten by magpies -  not far from our sanctuary. He was rushed to the hospital and it is was discovered through his injuries that someone must have thrown him out of a moving vehicle. His upper and lower lips were detached from his jaw and he did not have the energy to move. This must have attracted the magpies who continued to cause him trauma by pecking at his injuries. His lips were stitched back together and he eventually made a full recovery.
