About: Elmer arrived at FARRM with the help of a guardian angel who is active in the rural rescue community. After they were notified that a neighbour was going to be moving from their acreage and would not be taking the 5 semi- feral cats they looked after, they stepped in to ensure they were not abandoned, left behind, and uncared for. This guardian angel spent months trying to rehome these elderly ferals and reached out to us as a last resort. Elmer was transferred over to us a few days later!

Elmer is senior cat with no desire to interact with people (for now!). He comes for food but hides and immediatly runs away if people are in the area. We hope that over time he starts to trust us and recieve the love we want to give him.
